Conversation starters in a jar

Last year I went on a hunt for fun conversation starters for kids - there are so many if you google them! Some linked here. I saved my favorites to a word doc, printed and cut them into strips. The question strips live in a jar that sits in our kitchen. My kids get excited about picking a new question at dinner time - especially the 5 year old :) We’ve added more as time has gone on, and sometimes they write their own and add them to the jar.

There are also card decks & things like that you can buy, but this is a free way to do it, and every question was hand picked by us!
