
Even very young my kids loved packing the individual servings for this. And fun to have a dinner that you unwrap?! As they get older they’ve been helping with chopping and zesting.
We always did a Gwyneth Paltrow recipe with salmon, thinly sliced fennel, shallot, lemon zest and sliced lemon, capers, olive oil, salt and pepper. This Bon Appetit version looks great too!
